NDIS & HOME CARE PACKAGE CLIENTS
We are proud to provide delicious, nutritious, and affordable meals to members of our community who are supported through a Home Care Package or NDIS plan.
Our meals are delivered with care by our friendly and dedicated volunteers three days per week — Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — ensuring not only reliable meal support, but also a warm smile and friendly connection along the way.
We offer a wide variety of meal options to suit individual tastes and dietary needs, including vegetarian, low-fat, low-salt, gluten-free, and pureed meals. At Swansea Meals on Wheels, we are committed to ensuring everyone can enjoy wholesome, satisfying meals that support their health, wellbeing, and independence.

NDIS Clients
To access our meal delivery service through the NDIS, meal support must be included within your NDIS plan using your core supports. If meals are not currently included in your plan under core supports, please contact the National Disability Insurance Agency on 1800 800 110 to discuss arranging this support.
The preparation and delivery component of your meals can be claimed through your NDIS Plan using your core supports; however, you are still responsible for covering the out-of-pocket cost of the ingredients in the meal itself, as this portion is not funded by the NDIS.
To ensure meals are delivered safely and personally, clients are required to be home to receive their delivery. For many of our clients, these visits provide far more than just a meal. Seeing the friendly faces of our dedicated volunteers offers reassurance, social connection, and the comfort of knowing that someone is checking in on their wellbeing.
