Caring for Swansea and Surrounding areas since 1973

At Swansea Meals on Wheels, the health, safety, and wellbeing of our clients, volunteers, and staff will always remain our highest priority. We are committed to continuing to support the most vulnerable members of our community while maintaining the highest standards of infection control, health, and hygiene.

We strictly follow all Government health and safety protocols and the guidelines provided by the NSW Health to ensure our services are delivered safely and responsibly at all times. Every staff member, volunteer, and visitor follows comprehensive health and hygiene procedures so that our clients and their families can have complete confidence and peace of mind in the care we provide.

To continue delivering meals safely, we have adapted our delivery procedures in line with current health recommendations. Our volunteers will wait for clients to answer the door and personally collect their meal before leaving. For clients who are unable to come to the door, additional health and hygiene measures are carefully followed to ensure meals can still be delivered safely and respectfully.

At Swansea Meals on Wheels, we understand how important reliable support, connection, and reassurance are — especially during challenging times. That is why we remain dedicated to providing not only nutritious meals, but also safe, compassionate, and dependable service to our community.

If you have any questions about our meal delivery procedures or would like further information, please contact us on (02) 4971 3673 or email us at swanseamow@outlook.com
